Description:
Obverse
Romania's Coat of Arms in the middle, within a round medallion decorated with lotus buds and palms; these decorations adorn the interior of a Getic ceremony vase belonging to the Treasury of Agighiol; around the medallion there are engraved the inscription "ROMANIA" on the upper part and the face value "100 LEI" on the lower part; the year of issue "1999" is engraved horizontally, on the left and right sides of the medallion.
Reverse
The golden Getic helmet of Poiana Coţofeneşti, Prahova County, and the inscription "COIF POIANA COTOFENESTI" engraved circularly.
