Description:
Obverse
On the coin obverse there are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) above; beneath there are indicated the coin face value and mintage year 10 ГРИВЕНЬ/2010 (10 hryvnias). In the center there is depicted the conventionalized composition - the Cossack starshyna (senior officials) headed by the Hetman (to the left) and Cossacks (to the right), which symbolizes the approval of the Constitution.
Reverse
On the coin reverse there is a portrait of Pylyp Orlyk having a quill pen in hand against the background of a conventionalized sheet of the Constitution. To the left there are the inscriptions КОНСТИТУЦІЯ ПИЛИПА ОРЛИКА (Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk; semicircular) and 300/РОКІВ (300 years)
