Obverse
In the center of the circle there is a conventionalized image of the Sun, on the left, on the right, above and underneath whereof – four lighted by it spheres symbolizing the seasons. On the left of the circle there is the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, on the right – the coin issue year: 2007, as well as the indication of the metal, its fineness – Ag 925, and the coin weight in fineness – 15.55; there are circumferential legends: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) above and 5 ГРИВЕНЬ (5 hryvnias) below, as well as the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
Reverse
A conventionalized image of Scorpion with stars around it is depicted, to the left whereof is the constellation image and the Sign of Zodiac symbol, to the right there is a stylized inscription: СУЗІР'Я СТРІЛЬЦЯ (Archer Constellation).
