Around the picture, there are inscriptions separated with dots: ЗАГАЛЬНА ДЕКЛАРАЦІЯ ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ (General Declaration on Human Rights) and ВСІ ПРАВА ЛЮДИНИ ДЛЯ ВСІХ (All human rights for all the people)
