Obverse
On the coin obverse there is depicted the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine within the ornamental wreath formed by images of some species of flora and fauna together with the legends: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ/ БАНК / УКРАЇНИ / 2 / ГРИВНІ / 2010 (National / Bank/ of Ukraine / 2 / hryvnias); there is also the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
Reverse
On the coin reverse there is depicted the feather grass with two bow-shaped inscriptions: КОВИЛА УКРАЇНСЬКА above and STIPA UCRAINICA (the same in Latin) below.
