The portrait of the ruler Alexandru Ioan Cuza, a quote from the law of establishment of The Court of Accounts: „O Înaltă Curte de Compturi se institue la Bucuresci pentru tótă România”, Romanian coat of arms, nominal value "10 LEI" and arc inscriptions „ROMANIA” and „ALEXANDRU IOAN CUZA”.
Reverse
A composition suggesting 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Court of Accounts, „150 ANI” inscription overlapped over a portion of Official Gazette from 24 January 1864 in which was published the law of establishment of the Court of Accounts, the symbol of institution and years „1864” and „2014”.
