The fall of the water drop is suggested symbolically by three arcs of a circle, between which the text "ANUL INTERNATIONAL AL APEI PURE" is inscribed on two lines.
Reverse
The image of the Kingfischer species; above and below, the circular inscriptions "REZERVATIA BIOSFEREI DELTA DUNARII" and "ALCEDO ATTHIS" (the scientific name of the species).
