In the background is the inspection ship ofEuropean Commission of the Danube named "Carolus Primus' sailing close to the opposite bank, right near the lighthouse from Sulina, built by the European Commission of the Danube. On top circular text on two lines: "COMISIA EUROPEANA A DUNARII 1856 - 2006".
