The portrait of Anghel Saligny; the inscription "ANGHEL SALIGNY - 150 ANI DE LA NASTERE" is placed circularly on the upper part; the years of birth and death "1854", "1925" are placed on the right of the portrait; below, the facsimile of Anghel Saligny's signature.
