A bas-relief on the base of the monument dedicated to C.A. Rosetti in Bucharest evoking his role in achieving the Union of the Romanian Principalities on 24 January 1859, the inscription “ROMANIA” in an arc, the face value “100 LEI”, the coat of arms of Romania and the year of issue “2016”.
Reverse
The portrait of C.A. Rosetti, the inscription “CONSTANTIN A. ROSETTI” in an arc and his birth and death years, “1816” and “1885”.
