Reverse
There is depicted a conventionalized iconographic portrait of Nestor writing his chronicle, the vertical legend НЕСТОР-ЛІТОПИСЕЦЬ (Nestor - / the chronicler is placed to the right and the inscription: XI - XII ст. (centuries) is placed below).
