Obverse
On the coin obverse above there is engraved the small National Emblem of Ukraine and beneath there is a legend: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ/ БАНК/ УКРАЇНИ/ 2006/ 10/ ГРИВЕНЬ (National Bank /of Ukraine/ 10/ hryvnia/ 2006), as well as the designation of the metal - Ag 925, its fineness and its weight in fineness- 31,1. On the coin there is also depicted the logotype of the NBU Mint
Reverse
On the coin reverse there is depicted a column foot as a symbol of law surrounded by a conventionalized ornament. There are engraved the following inscriptions: КОНСТИТУЦІЯ/ УКРАЇНИ (Constitution of Ukraine) - above the column and 28/ ЧЕРВНЯ/ 1996 (28/June/ 1996 ) - on the ribbon intersecting the column
