Reverse
There is a composition: the star with the inscription 70 років (70 Years) in the center with the laurel branch thereunder; the reverse bears the circumferential inscription ВИЗВОЛЕННЯ ХАРКОВА ВІД ФАШИСТСЬКИХ ЗАГАРБНИКІВ (Liberation of Kharkiv from the fascist invaders) and the legend 1943 (below)
