Description:
Obverse
On the obverse the Small National Emblem of Ukraine is located in the necklace circle, above it – the year of coinage (2006); between the necklace circle and the coin edging there are inscriptions: above - НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (The National Bank of Ukraine), below - 2 ГРИВНІ (two hryvnias), to the left - kind of the metal and its fineness: Au 999.9, its weight in fineness - 1.24; to the right - the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
Reverse
On the reverse the hedgehog is depicted and there are the inscriptions: above - ЇЖАК (hedgehog) and below - ERINACEUS.
