Description:
Obverse
On the coin obverse within the circle made of a string of beads there is the small National emblem of Ukraine is depicted, with the year of coin issue above it - 2004, the coin mintage year. Between the beads circle and the coin rim there are circular inscriptions УКРАЇНА (Ukraine) - above,2 Г РИВНІ (2 hryvnias) - beneath, as well as the designation of the metal, its fineness and its weight in fineness. There is also the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse
On the coin reverse within the circle made of a string of beads there is a depiction of a stork taking wing; between the coin external rim and the beads circle there are circular inscriptions: ЛЕЛЕКА (Stork) - above CICONIA CICONIA - beneath.
