On the coin reverse there is a logotype of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Kyiv in 1998, consisting of a depiction of the monument to the legendary founders of Kyiv and the EBRD logotype within a frame of inscriptions: EBRD ANNUAL MEETING (underneath), BOARD OF GOVERNORS (at the right), KYIV MAY 1998 (at the left).
