The two-headed eagle (designed by I.Bilibin), the letters under it indicate the metal sign, the fineness, the mint trademark and the fine metal content. The inscriptions along the rim: at the top — «100 РУБЛЕЙ 1994 г.» (100 RUBLES 1994), at the bottom — «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA).

Reverse

To the right - a profile portrait of Vasily Kandinsky, below - a palette and brushes, to the left in the background - a fragment of Kandinsky's painting "The Blue Horse" (an abstract image of a horseman and tree branches in the wind).
