The fragment of the State loan bond. There are inscriptions along the circumference: “СБЕРЕГАТЕЛЬНОЕ ДЕЛО В РОССИИ” (SAVINGS BUSINESS IN RUSSIA) on top, “175 ЛЕТ” (175 YEARS) at the bottom.
