The reverse features images of a St. Constantine and St. Helena fresco from the Kremikovtsi Monastery. The text ‘СВ. СВ. КОНСТАНТИН И ЕЛЕНА’ (St. Constantine and St. Helena) is inscribed in circumference on the outer ring.
