Reverse
Moment of discovery, observed from the newly discovered land. The composition of two plans presented in the first, the figure of an Indian, and the second ship of the expedition of Pedro Álvares Cabral heading into the new land. Linking the elements of the scene, an Indian feather adornment and a compass rose.
