Obverse
On the coin reverse there are: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine in the centre, the coin issue year indication 2009 there under, two semicircular inscriptions - (National Bank of Ukraine) above and the value (two Hryvnias) below together with the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
Reverse
The coin is dedicated to a Ukrainian legal expert, public and state figure, head of the Government of the West Ukrainian People’s Republic – Kost’ Levytskyi.
On the coin obverse there is a portrait of Kost’ Levytskyi, indication of the years of his life 1859-1941 (to the right) and the semicircular legend КОСТЬ ЛЕВИЦЬКИЙ (Kost’ Levytskyi) to the left.
