Crowned and armored bust of King Johann III facing right, holding globus cruciger and sword within double circle. Legend is within the two circle, while outside, along the rim, there are 23 provincial crowned heraldic arms.
Reverse
Crowned heart-shaped shield with Greater arms of Sweden and the seal of the house of Vasa superimposed in the center. Legend around in three lines divided first by a beaded boarder than by a single line.
