Within the circular geometric ornament – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; beneath – year of issue and alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim – at the top: "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom: " ПЯЦЬДЗЕСЯТ РУБЛЁЎ " (FIFTY ROUBLES).
Reverse
In the center – the relief effigy of head of a fox; there are insets of diamond in eyes; inscriptions along the rim : in right hand at the bottom – "VULPES VULPES" (FOX), at the top – "ЛIС" (FOX).
