Description:
Obverse
At the top — the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus and the circumferential inscription: РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center — an arrangement of the clockwork elements, the Sun, and the Moon, where the center of the clockwork is inlaid with the cubic zirconia gem; on the right-hand side — the year of issue; on the left-hand side — the alloy standard; at the bottom — the denomination: 20 РУБЛЁЎ (20 RUBLES). The inner circle contains numerals that represent years from 2013 to 2024, according to the number of years in one cycle of the Chinese lunar calendar. The clockwork elements and the Year of the Monkey (2016) are gold-plated.
Reverse
In the center inside the circle of the ornament is gold-plated Chinese character for monkey; on either side of him – the image of two juggles on the background of a circus tent monkey; below the inscription: ГОД МАЛПЫ.
