Obverse
On the obverse, common for the three pieces of 8 silver reales, the central scene of the work "Autorretrato con l'Humanité" (1923) is reproduced. In this painting, Dalí depicts himself dressed as a worker, in a provocative attitude, and recording his admiration for the revolutionary ideas of the time.
Reverse
On the reverse side of the third piece of 8 reales and 10 euros of face value, the work "Automatic start of a Gala portrait" (1932) is reproduced, in which he expresses his will to experiment with the different stages in the composition of the image.
