Reverse
In the center – the relief of Gomel’s Palace from the picture of A.Idzkovskogo; on the top right–hand side – the relief of the Coat of Arms of Gomel; inscriptions along the rim – at the top "ГОМЕЛЬ" (GOMEL) and at the bottom "ГАРАДЫ БЕЛАРУСI" (BELARUSIAN CITIES).
