Reverse
In the center right–hand part – the relief of Sophia of Galshany, in the left–hand part – the relieves of the Coat of Arms of families of Galshanys’ and Drutsks’ – noble and powerful prince’s families of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania; inscriptions along the rim: "СОФ'Я ГАЛЬШАНСКАЯ (ДРУЦКАЯ)" (SOPHIA OF GALSHANY (DRUTSK) and "600 ГОД" (THE 600–TH ANNIVERSARY).
