Reverse
In the center – image of partisans against a background of exploded permanent way; in the right–hand part – inscription "60 ГОД" (60 YEARS); along the rim – inscription "ВЫЗВАЛЕННЕ БЕЛАРУСІ АД НЯМЕЦКА–ФАШЫСЦКІХ ЗАХОПНІКАЎ" (LIBERATION OF BELARUS FROM GERMAN–FASCIST INVADERS).
