At the right part - a fragment of the political map of Belarus in the period of the end of the WWI marked the dividing line borders on the results of the Riga peace Treaty; to the left in a three-line inscription: ПЕРШАЯ СУСВЕТНАЯ ВАЙНА (WORLD WAR I), partially overlapped texture creeps storm clouds, symbolizing the world's tragedy.
