Reverse
To the left — a portrait of V. Poyarkov, under it — a coniferous twig, above it — two foxes holding a crown, a bow and two crossing arrows, to the right — a swimming sailing and rowing vessel, in the background — outlines of an Eastern Siberia’s map with inscriptions on it: «АМУР», «ЯКУТСК» (AMUR, YAKUTSK).
