Obverse
Of the coin bears a relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation, a semicircle inscription - “РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ” (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) above it. There are inscriptions in three lines: “БАНК РОССИИ” (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination of the coin - “25 РУБЛЕЙ” (25 ROUBLES) and the year - “2018”, trade mark of a Mint on the right.
Reverse
The image of the mascot 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP RUSSIA in colour. There is an inscription along the circumference at the bottom — „ЧЕМПИОНАТ МИРА ПО ФУТБОЛУ FIFA 2018 В РОССИИ” (2018 FIFA WORLD CUP RUSSIA).
