Reverse
The coat of arms of the City of Orel, over it, on a ribbon - the semicircular inscription: "ГОРОДА ВОИНСКОЙ СЛАВЫ", (TOWNS OF MARTIAL GLORY), below - the inscription along the rim: "ОРЁЛ" (OREL).
