Obverse

In the upper part of the ring - the inscription along the rim: "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower one - the year of issue "2008", to the left and to the right - stylized twigs of plants going over to the disc.
Reverse
In the centre, against the background of the town's panorama - the image of the round Gate Tower of the old fortress, above - the coat of arms of Prioziorsk; the circular inscriptions on the ring, above: "ДРЕВНИЕ ГОРОДА РОССИИ" (ANCIENT TOWNS OF RUSSIA), below: "ПРИОЗЕРСК" (PRIOZIORSK).
