In the lower part of the disc - the mint trade mark. In the upper part of the ring - the inscription along the rim: "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower one - the year of issue "2002", to the left and to the right - stylised twigs of plants going over to the disc.
Reverse
In the centre - the emblem of the bodies of the internal affairs of the Russian Federation and internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the inscription along the rim "МИНИСТЕРСТВО ВНУТРЕННИХ ДЕЛ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ" (THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION).
