On the mirror field of the disc - the relief image of a sportswoman holding in the raised hands a cloth marked by the Logotype of the Universiade (inscription in four lines: "UNIVERSIADE KAZAN 2013 RUSSIA", made by prints of different sizes with five asterisks under it) and the Emblem of the Universiade (stylized graphic image of a tulip) located to the left of the Logotype; in the background - the relief image of the Kazan Kremlin, under it - a horizontal stripe with vegetable ornament, on the strip along the rim formed by the concentric line - inscription going from the left down to the right: "XXVII ВСЕМИРНАЯ ЛЕТНЯЯ УНИВЕРСИАДА 2013 ГОДА В Г.
