In the centre of the disc on the mirror field - the portrait of A.I. Vasilyev by V.L. Borovikovsky framed below by two laurel branches with the emblem of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in the centre, above along the rim - the inscription and dates: "А.И.
