Description:
Obverse
In the center — a view of the dome of the Senate building and the Saviour's Tower of the Moscow Kremlin, to the left - the metal sign and the finenes, to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trademark. The inscriptions along the rim framed by a circle of dots: at the top — «ДВА РУБЛЯ 1995 г.» (TWO RUBLES 1995), at the bottom — «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA).
Reverse
The International Military Tribunal judges, sitting at a table against the background of the national flags of the Soviet Union, Great Britain, the United States and France, tried Nazi war criminals, below - Themis, the Greek goddess of law and justice, holding scales and tramping under foot the Fascist eagle with a swastika. The inscription along the rim: at the top - "НЮРНБЕРГСКИЙ ПРОЦЕСС " (NUREMBERG TRIBUNAL), at the bellow - ."20 НОЯБРЯ 1945 - 1 ОКТЯБРЯ 1946" (NOVEMBER, 20 1945 - OCTOBER, 1 1946).
