Obverse
In the centre, a stylised image of a bas-relief depicting Irydion from the front of Teatr Polski (Polish Theatre) in Warsaw. Against the bas-relief, at the bottom, an image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland. To the sides of the bas-relief, an inscription: 10-ZŁ. At the top, in a semicircle, an inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2013 (Republic of Poland 2013). Below the Eagle, a composition of a stylised element of an ornamental window frame from the building front and a piece of the balcony balustrade. The Mint mark, M/W, below the letters ZŁ.
Reverse
In the center, a stylized image of the fragment of the front façade of the building of Teatr Polski in Warsaw. Above, against a stylized fragment of the plafond with ornament & in an isolated area, an inscription: 100 lat/TEATRU POLSKIEGO/W WARSZAWIE (100 years/of Polish Theatre/in Warsaw). On the sides, stylized fragments of a stage curtain.
