Reverse
- in the center - the image of the building in which the Country Councils was activating;
- on the top are engraved the inscriptions „100 DE ANI DE LA ÎNFIINȚAREA” and the year "1917";
- at the bottom - the inscription „SFATUL ȚĂRII” and the year "2017".
