On the left side - the head of Ştefan cel Mare şi Sfânt;
Vertically, obliquely a national ornament, on the bottom is the circle within which the victory token „V” and the text „PE-UN PICIOR DE PLAI, PE-O GURA DE RAI...” are engraved;
On the right side the inscription „20 de ani de la introducerea monedei naţionale în Republica Moldova” is engraved.
