Obverse
On the front side of the coin (averse) in the central part is the inscription "50 ТЕҢГЕ" indicating the denomination of the coin. In the upper part shows the ornamental octagonal outlet at the bottom - a national design element. To the right of the nominal value is the abbreviation "ҚҰБ". On the circumference runs a raised rim.
Reverse
On the back side (reverse) of the coins in the central part of the emblem of the city of Petropavlovsk. On the circumference there is an inscription "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ» in the state language, the number" 2016 "indicating the year of coinage, and a raised rim.
