A negotiation table, symbolized by the rectangular eminence, depicts the Presidency. The name of the country in vertical text and the horizontal year date, together form a stylized gavel. There are balloons on the sides, filled with compositions of letters.
Reverse
The entire pattern is made up of letters. Looking carefully you see a human face and balloons as well. Face value.
