重寶 = Zhong bao, means heavy currency
In 1071, the Xining zhong bao 10 cash coin was issued to meet military expenses. Later, illicit minting forced it to be devalued to 3 cash, and then in 1073 to 2 cash. It is hard to distinguish between 10, 3, and 2 cash coins.
